Horton series of hot repair mixes are suited for easy worn lining such as trunnion area, taphole area and large working face in converter. Using high purity magnesia as main raw material, together with unique organic binding system, the mixes benefit high adhesive strength, low smoke rising, good high temperature flowability, superior resistance to erosion/corrosion.

Upon throwing on the lining, Horton mixes soften quickly and appear liquidness, sintered layer forms on working surface which prolongs service life of the converter.
